We make and produce delicious South African Recipe Biltong in New Zealand. We deliver fast all over the country and are based in Auckland. Our biltong is made the traditional way, with vinegars, Worcester sauce, salt, coriander, black pepper and air dried for a number of days. Order Biltong Sticks, Biltong Whole Slabs or Sliced Biltong. We also have our Delicious new variant – Smoked Biltong. We do not add MSG, preservatives or unnecessary amounts of sugar. We pride our recipe as having the original and beloved taste of how most South Africans remember Biltong in South Africa. Our goal is to make Biltong more common amongst New Zealanders just the same as Salami. It is so delicious that more Kiwis should have it in their fridges as it is versatile to add in any recipe or canape. This dried beef snack is filled with protein and low in carbohydrates and is great for kids to snack on as well!
